Claims Resolution Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service, providing early, timely, and personalized support to workers, employers, and stakeholders while specializing in complex claims. This position emphasizes customer-centricity, focusing on proactive, tailored, and effective management of specialized claims.
This will be a permanent, full-time position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively manage cases to achieve optimal outcomes for early sustainable return to work for workers
- Liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies and actions
- Develop strong relationships with customers and provide high levels of customer service to all parties
- Conduct health promotion activities to enhance the injured worker's wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery
About You
- Demonstrates a strong customer service focus with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions
- Communicates clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally to build strong connections with clients and colleagues
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology gained through work experience or studies in Allied Health is beneficial but not mandatory

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
