
Transformational HR Business Leader

This key position is responsible for developing and executing the functional people strategy in a commercial business, while also championing the overall organization's people strategy. The role requires close collaboration with directors and leadership teams to identify opportunities for organizational growth, talent development, and cultural enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders to connect commercial strategy with enterprise-wide people priorities, providing input and context into strategic HR initiatives.
- Talent Development: Partner with talent management teams to build a strong pipeline of future leaders, while driving employer brand initiatives and global talent management processes.
- Learning & Development: Lead the delivery of learning initiatives, designing and facilitating customized training programs to support closing capability gaps.
- Reward & Recognition: Support the evolution of compensation structures, preparing new hire/promotion offers that fairly value incoming talent.
- Lead engagement survey analysis and action planning in partnership with leadership teams.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives to drive exceptional experiences for employees.
- Ensure compliance of internal HRIS data and integrity.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR to drive efficiency and quality of services.
- Provide support for escalated ER cases requiring higher levels of HR expertise.
This role has no direct reports but will coach HR advisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 7-10 years of Human Resources experience, preferably at a director level, with demonstrated ability to partner with commercial leaders.
- Strong commercial acumen, applying a business lens to all aspects of the role.
- Organizational design and change management experience.
- Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex issues.
- Dynamic, driven, self-starter with a pragmatic approach to simplifying processes.
