Job Description

As a strategic account manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of end-user accounts across NSW. This role combines new business development with strategic account management across various industries such as transport, logistics, manufacturing, mining, and state government.

  • Manage approximately 50 enterprise accounts across NSW
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with presales engineers to deliver complex solutions
  • Lead customer engagements with multiple stakeholders
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to regional growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B technology sales
  • Strong knowledge of the NSW market in sectors such as manufacturing, mining, and logistics
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts and developing new business
  • Ability to lead complex sales cycles and coordinate technical resources
  • Commercially focused with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
