
Senior Enterprise Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sr Customer Success Manager. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform initial onboarding of accounts with enterprise-level customers, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer's lifecycle.
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement and communications strategies that maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them realize value from our solutions.
- Conduct periodic customer success reviews to confirm satisfaction, resolve issues, and expand solution use throughout the account.
- Implement and share best practices to ensure customers achieve maximum benefits from our solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to inform customer engagement strategies and drive business growth.
- 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of delivering results in similar roles.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate with autonomy and limited oversight.
- Credibility and trust with customers and internal stakeholders, built through a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
- A track record of SaaS account management and high customer renewal rates.
- Experience maintaining valuable relationships with diverse customer bases.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
