Key Account Growth Opportunities

PagerDuty empowers teams to drive business outcomes through strategic partnerships.

We seek a seasoned account executive with experience expanding into new areas of existing accounts. In this role, you will report to a senior sales leader and drive revenue growth in key customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Selling: Highlight the value proposition and benefits of PagerDuty solutions, emphasizing impact and alignment with customer goals.
  • Account Management: Establish strong connections with customers, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and manage complex account cycles.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, develop tailored solutions, and execute effective sales strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales or SaaS sales
  • 3-5 years of experience expanding into new areas of existing accounts
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise account management with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies
