We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing key customer relationships post-sale, ensuring high-impact onboarding, long-term success, and account growth.
About the RoleThis is a strategic customer-facing position that combines relationship management, technical know-how, and commercial acumen. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the Bus & Coach and Commercial Fleet segments, serving as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships with operational to C-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships
- Oversee onboarding, product adoption, and long-term engagement
- Ensure contract renewals and identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively resolve customer issues and act as the primary escalation contact
- Collect customer feedback and relay actionable insights to internal teams
- Promote domain expertise and best practices
- MUST: 5+ years in account management or B2B relationship roles
- MUST: Background in SaaS, fleet tech, telematics, or enterprise software
- MUST: Fluent in English
- Experience working with global accounts and cross-cultural teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to engage at the executive level
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
