Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing key customer relationships post-sale, ensuring high-impact onboarding, long-term success, and account growth.

About the Role

This is a strategic customer-facing position that combines relationship management, technical know-how, and commercial acumen. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the Bus & Coach and Commercial Fleet segments, serving as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships with operational to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships
  • Oversee onboarding, product adoption, and long-term engagement
  • Ensure contract renewals and identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and act as the primary escalation contact
  • Collect customer feedback and relay actionable insights to internal teams
  • Promote domain expertise and best practices
Requirements
  • MUST: 5+ years in account management or B2B relationship roles
  • MUST: Background in SaaS, fleet tech, telematics, or enterprise software
  • MUST: Fluent in English
  • Experience working with global accounts and cross-cultural teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to engage at the executive level
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
