Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain enduring relationships with clients and stakeholders to qualify and grow the defense business at Leidos Australia.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with trends, emerging technologies, and competitive threats to develop business development strategies and initiatives.
- Industry Engagement: Participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings to partner and generate leads and promote Leidos offerings and services.
- Strategic Planning: Provide input into current and long-range business strategies to enhance the Company's position.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the defense industry, working knowledge and experience with the government procurement process, and demonstrated leadership skills acquired through military service.
You will also need to hold an existing NV-1 security clearance and be capable of upgrading to a NV-2 security clearance if required.
