About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Darwin, NT. As a key member of our project team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our brownfield life extension projects.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and teams, coordinating project activities, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, including preparing meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports;
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project documentation, timelines, and budgets;
  • Assist in the development of project plans, scopes, and estimates;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for project teams and stakeholders;
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong administrative skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience working in a project coordination or similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; and
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional overtime and travel.

Our estimated salary range for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
