We are currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our Transport, Civil team in Darwin. As a trusted partner to a diverse range of private and government clients in the Northern Territory, you will develop a deep understanding of their challenges and work together to co-create innovative solutions that make a real difference.

The work we do at Aurecon is vital to developing the NT, and it's the technical expertise and depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules to ensure they meet client expectations, timeframes, and specifications. You will also manage varying scopes of works on projects from concept design through to handover, as well as change, quality, health, safety, and risk elements.

You will support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management. Your reports will be instrumental in keeping stakeholders informed about project status, progress, and completion.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in infrastructure project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Australian working rights

About the salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience. Aurecon offers a competitive remuneration package, including benefits such as flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
