We're seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our Transport, Civil team in Darwin.

About the Role

You'll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of Private and Government clients in Northern Territory, developing a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage schedules to ensure they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes, and specifications.
  2. Manage greatly varying scopes of works on projects from concept design through to handover.
  3. Manage change, quality, health, safety, and risk elements.
  4. Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management.
  5. Report to the Principal on status, progress, and completion of projects.
Requirements

To be successful, you'll have:

  • An excellent understanding of Project Management and a passion for infrastructure projects that make a difference to our world.
  • Consultancy project management and Civil Transport or Land Development experience.
  • Qualifications in technical discipline such as engineering, project management, construction management, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian Working Rights.
