Customer Service and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our vibrant and energetic team at Criterion Industries in Melbourne. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will work closely with our sales and operational teams to manage customer service responsibilities, triage requests, and provide solutions to customer problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
- Triage and manage customer inquiries, including responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
About the Role:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation. We also offer remote work options from time to time to accommodate personal matters as they may arise.
