About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our Sydney team. In this role, you will take ownership of customer portfolios and engage with clients, advisors, and influencers to deepen relationships and increase brand presence.

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will deliver tailored business solutions aligned with company policies and appetite, while providing coaching and support to a dedicated corporate analyst. You will also be responsible for upholding our company values and commitment to building social capital through banking.

You are a commercially savvy relationship banker with a strong track record in business lending and portfolio growth. You are confident working independently and thrive on building something from scratch.
