Job Overview

You will be responsible for driving business expansion and account management opportunities across all sectors and markets via our services and solutions. You will cultivate and maintain existing and new customer relationships, ensuring our client base remains unrivaled and exploring additional solutions and services.

You will ensure our offerings are effectively presented to the market and drive sales pipeline activity to closure.

In this role, you will collaborate with our teams to provide a comprehensive end-to-end service from strategy through to day-to-day management of client environments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Account Management
  • Business Development
  • Identify sales prospects within existing accounts, including opportunity identification, registration, qualification, and needs analysis determination
  • Support and manage the quote/estimation creation process
  • Presentation and sales of our solutions and services to current clients
  • Preparation of presentations and proposals
  • Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Communication of new product and service opportunities, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to relevant teams
  • Establishment and maintenance of current client and future assigned client relationships
  • Preparation of various status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders to accomplish required work to close sales
  • Participation in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and digital events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive understanding of Audio Visual and Workplace Technology
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and customers
  • Interest and appreciation for hardware and software solutions
  • Excellent time management
  • Autonomous, can-do attitude
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role with a focus on Workplace Technology
  • Direct field experience working with vendors, channels, and particularly end-users with a focus on corporate & enterprise customers
  • Existing commercial relationships, both vendor and broader industry (desirable)
