Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll primarily provide sales support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include creating and issuing quotes, converting quotes to orders, sourcing IT products, and reporting ETA information. You'll work with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience working in the IT channel, distributor experience highly regarded
  • Love working in a timely manner and keen eye for detail
  • Experience working with Pronto ERP, ServiceNow and Microsoft O365 desirable
  • Passionate to learn new technology and develop your skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm and great sense of humour a great bonus
What You Need to Apply
  • A relevant cover letter is required for your application to be considered
  • Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally
  • Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill
  • Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
