About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Business Service Centre team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the Business Service Centre team to achieve service excellence
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Eastern Health's services and policies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare services and policies an advantage
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
