About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Business Service Centre team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will provide exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Service Centre team to achieve service excellence
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Eastern Health's services and programs
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills and previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of healthcare services and programs an advantage
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
