Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team at our Smithfield site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Process general sales enquiries, prepare sales quotes and orders, and provide suitable solutions to existing and potential customers.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and support through the sales process.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess knowledge of or experience in the steel or construction industry.
  • Teamwork: Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Previous customer service and sales experience, with a strong understanding of the steel or construction industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: A strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding sales targets.
