Crown Equipment is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Sydney Service Department. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional professionalism, customer service, and administration support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer needs are satisfied while meeting Crown's demands.
  • Conduct regular customer site visits to promote Crown's products.
  • Deliver prompt and professional quotes to customers.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop key existing accounts.
  • Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships.
  • Develop service sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts using local and market research.
  • Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports, and customer correspondence.
  • Develop plans to maximize time with customers to seek new business and enhance customer retention.
  • Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of cold calls, customer files, and sales activity information.
