Role Description:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the Fixed Processing Plant Maintenance function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety - Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and lead safe working procedures for maintenance operations.
  • Leadership - Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster trust with open, positive working relationships.
  • Maintenance Execution - Oversee maintenance execution, engineering, shutdowns, and planning teams to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of fixed plant assets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or trade qualification with higher education.
  • Significant experience in fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of statutory safety requirements and commitment to safety and the environment.

This role involves a 4:3, 8:6 day shift FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO from the Pilbara region.
