As a Mechanical Technician, you will be part of our team that pioneers the world's transition to renewable energy.

Our Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter to join our Fixed Plant Maintenance team and play a key role in ensuring the performance of our assets.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this shift-based role is crucial to keeping our operations running safely and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective plant maintenance
  • Identify and address plant defects by raising notifications and initiating repairs
  • Conduct inspections across various online plant areas – conveyors, train unloaders, balance machines & sample stations
  • Support dust suppression systems and ensure reliability across site

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Mechanical Fitter Trade qualification (essential)
  • Experience in fixed plant maintenance – conveyor expertise highly regarded
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence with SAP, Microsoft Project, and maintenance systems
  • Ability to develop risk assessments (CRAW, JHA, SWMS, etc.)
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills
