Plant Maintenance Leadership

  • Leadership Development: Fostering a collaborative team environment, with clear objectives, targets, and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Higher Education Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent trade qualification.
  • Significant experience in fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with an approachable style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of statutory safety requirements and a strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
