Plant Maintenance Specialist

This is a hands-on position in maintaining our fixed plant assets, ensuring they operate safely and reliably. You will work on diverse equipment such as conveyors, train unloaders, balance machines, and sample stations.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain effective plant performance to keep operations running smoothly
- Identify and rectify plant defects through notifications and repairs
- Conduct inspections across online plant areas
- Support dust suppression systems for site reliability
- Experience in fixed plant maintenance, particularly with conveyor expertise
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence using SAP, Microsoft Project, and maintenance systems
- Ability to develop risk assessments
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
