Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance tasks on fixed plant assets to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
- Identify and rectify plant defects by raising notifications and initiating repairs.
- Conduct thorough inspections across online plant areas, including conveyors, train unloaders, balance machines, and sample stations.
- Support dust suppression systems to maintain reliability and efficiency across the site.
- Proven experience in fixed plant maintenance is essential, with expertise in conveyor systems highly valued.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Project, and maintenance management systems is necessary.
- Candidates must be able to develop risk assessments (CRAW, JHA, SWMS) and contribute to a safety-first culture.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
