Business Development Representative, Customer Experience Advocate

The RoleThis individual will drive qualified pipeline opportunities through frontline inbound and outbound activity within our existing customer accounts - amplifying the work of over 100 million people with existing Culture Amp customers.
- Work in partnership with our Account Managers, Marketing and SDR Leaders to plan & deliver agreed engagement with our existing customer accounts to drive expansion of our existing customer use of our Culture Amp products
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all inbound inquiries made by our existing customers via our website through form fills, events, and phone calls. Demo requests must be responded to within one hour
- Identify and research the right existing customer accounts to engage with, incorporating daily review of major changes within assigned accounts via strategic tools (i.e LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense)
- Incorporate a variety of outreach tactics and own the innovation of new methods, and generate interest to engage with our existing customers. You will answer their questions, handle common top of funnel (
