About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth in your assigned region.

Waratah Fencing is an iconic rural brand with a rich history dating back to 1884. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the agriculture industry and a proven track record of success in sales development and management. You will be passionate about working with farmers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Closing new sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Working closely with our sales support team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. The successful candidate will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure they remain at the forefront of the industry.
