About the role
This role reports into the National Sales Manager and is responsible for optimizing profit and sales volume for Cyclone Rural Products within regional WA. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing effective sales strategies, and identifying opportunities within specific market segments.
The successful candidate will contribute to the overall growth and profitability of Cyclone's rural product offerings by:
- Maximizing profit and sales volume for Cyclone Rural Products within their designated region
- Maintaining and improving relationships with key customers and distributor networks to support sales growth
- Developing and implementing regional sales plans, including promotions and incentives for each market segment
- Achieving regional sales targets, including budgeted tonnes and average sales prices
- Providing market and competitor feedback by regularly updating the Salesforce database and reporting insights to the National Sales Manager
- Managing regional operating expenses, including travel, communication, and promotional activities
- Providing timely and accurate monthly sales forecasts and contributing to the budgeting process
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for achieving targets and personal development, and be able to effectively engage stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations.
