Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Document Management Professional to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and management of client documents, providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sorting and preparing documents for scanning
  • Scanning documents on desktop and track scanners
  • Archiving and retrieving documents
  • Creating and maintaining production reports
  • Handling and resolving phone and email queries
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and Canon Business Services teams
  • Providing timely and accurate input into all reports

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet service level agreements (SLAs). You will also need to be comfortable working in a professional team environment and thrive on delivering accurate and timely document management services.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a supportive team environment, competitive salary range $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career growth and development within Canon Business Services.
