Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team at Ambition. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing client documentation requests and ensuring seamless account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and offshore branches regarding documentary issues, providing exceptional support and guidance to resolve any concerns promptly.
  • Oversight of client documentation requests, encompassing account maintenance, setup of Electronic Payment Signatory Forms, and management of additions and removals of signatories.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of company documentation, including Board Resolutions, Certificates of Incumbency, and Company Extracts, with the ability to interpret and act on global documentation requirements effectively.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, understanding client needs and responding promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Foster robust relationships with clients, grasping their documentary requirements and providing support for their initiatives, while maintaining open communication channels.
  • Develop effective negotiation skills with both internal and external clients to ensure timely completion of all deliverables, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with local and regional stakeholders to implement strategies that drive business growth and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain disciplined case management practices, ensuring all client requests are logged, tracked, and reported promptly, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage in ongoing learning about products and other efficiency initiatives, confidently discussing these with clients to enhance their experience.
  • Work in partnership with Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Sales, and Implementation teams to advance the overall franchise agenda.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate banking and experience managing documentation within a banking environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and familiarity with banking documentation and products, including domestic and international payments.
  • Proven track record in cultivating and managing client relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders, demonstrating strong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and process-oriented capabilities, with a keen eye for detail in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build strong partnerships across diverse teams, driving business success through collaboration and expertise.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $300-350 per day, plus superannuation benefits, offering a competitive package that reflects your value to our organization.
