As a Senior Document Controller, you'll be responsible for the document control system for the Harbourside Project in Darling Harbour. You'll also assist with administration functions at a project level and liaise with the Project Manager, Site Manager, CA or SCA, and other project team members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the iTWOcx project administrator for multiple projects
- Ensuring workflow processes are in place and up to date for updated documents, shop drawings, and as-builts
- Ensuring project documentation in iTWOcx is kept up to date in accordance with the project documentation manual
- Distributing updated documentation to trades
- Managing shop drawing status
- Ensuring all drawings are current and maintained in the site office and on site
- Closing out and chasing up RFIs on a weekly basis
- Assisting with QA reviews of Mirvac Design documents and external consultants' documents
- Auditing the iTWOcx system against the project documentation manual and closing out observations and non-conformances
- Issuing weekly status reports outlining stakeholder performance on iTWOcx
- Maintaining sample submissions and registers
- Providing training to stakeholders as required
- Assisting Project Managers and the Project Site Team as needed
To be successful, you'll need 3-4 years of administration experience and a high level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Prior experience working in the construction industry on major projects is ideal.
