Are you a motivated Lawyer or ex-Lawyer with experience in document review, ediscovery, and legal technology? Do you have what it takes to lead a team of document review lawyers and paralegals?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Technologist and Document Review Manager to join our elite multi-award winning global law firm in Sydney. This is a unique leadership role that offers the opportunity to deliver quality document review and legal technology services to internal lawyers and external clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and delivering high-quality document review and legal technology services;
  • Leading a team of document review lawyers and paralegals, including instructing, delegating, reviewing, troubleshooting, and project managing work;
  • Liaising with Partners, lawyers, Project Managers, and internal and external legal technologists to ensure all work meets cost, quality, and time expectations;
  • Assisting the Project Manager with project management, lawyer and paralegal recruitment, training, business development, market intelligence, and national projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Law degree;
  • At least 3+ years of experience in document review, ediscovery, and legal technology;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication, time management, people, leadership, and project management skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
