Job Overview:

Role: Administrative Document Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the document management system on this large-scale defence project, ensuring seamless control, distribution, and filing of all project documents.

  • Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures to optimize project efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain reports and registers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Record and track all incoming and outgoing project documentation with precision.
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders regarding document control matters.

Prior experience as a construction site-based document controller or site administrator is required for this role.
