About This Opportunity

In this role as a Document Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the document control system for the Harbourside Project in Darling Harbour. Your duties will include ensuring that workflow processes are up-to-date and accurate, distributing updated documentation to relevant teams, and managing shop drawing status.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will be the primary administrator for iTWOcx projects, ensuring that project documentation is accurate and current.
  • Manage the distribution of updated documentation to trades, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and efficient communication.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure all drawings are current and well-maintained, and that RFIs are addressed promptly.
  • Audit the iTWOcx system against project documentation standards and close out any observations or non-conformances.
  • Provide weekly status reports to stakeholders, highlighting their performance and any areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and registers, including sample submissions and training materials.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-4 years of administration experience, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
  • Proven experience working in the construction industry on major projects, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • A strong understanding of document management principles and practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
