Document Review Lead

AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Review Lead to join a leading global law firm.
As a Document Review Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of document review lawyers and paralegals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of document review and legal technology services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of document review lawyers and paralegals
- Providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of document review and legal technology services
- Liaising with partners, lawyers, project managers, and internal and external legal technologists to ensure alignment and cooperation
- Assisting the project manager with project management, lawyer and paralegal recruitment, training, business development, market intelligence, and national projects

Requirements:
- Law degree
- Qualified litigation or corporate lawyer (or ex-lawyer) or legal professional (non-admitted as a lawyer) with at least 3 years of legal experience
- Practical experience in document review and/or ediscovery/legal technology (for litigation/regulatory/corporate matters)
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, time management, people, leadership, and project management skills
