Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will provide personalized support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence. You will work collaboratively with case managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide flexible support tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, ensuring dignity and independence.
  • Encourage community participation and social engagement for individuals.
  • Support skill development and independence-building activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client care and interactions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Home Care.
  • A strong passion for empowering individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Flexibility to work within a structured fortnightly schedule.
  • A valid Queensland Driver's Licence.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card.
