Our Veteran Services department delivers extensive support to veterans and their families across Queensland and nationally. We strive to provide a seamless, supportive, and empowering experience for all veterans and their families transitioning out of the Australian Defence Force.

The Team Leader - Employment Program plays a crucial role in supporting the Head of Vocational Programs, Employment Program Manager, Senior Employment Consultants, and Employment Consultants in delivering the RSL Employment Program nationwide. You will report to the Employment Program Manager and be responsible for program delivery, case coordination, client management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

You will lead a small team as you represent and promote Service Delivery within the veteran community. Your ability to engage, lead, and motivate your team will result in exceptional employment services being delivered to the veteran community and their families.

You will work alongside dedicated, passionate, and talented professionals who share our goal of delivering a bright future and enduring legacy for all veterans and their families.
