**Work with Us: A People Coordinator Role**

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a People Coordinator. As a key member of our HR function, you'll play a vital role in supporting the creation of an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal attainment.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional day-to-day HR coordination and administrative services across the entire employee life cycle (recruitment through to off-boarding). This includes supporting various projects, such as seasonal recruitment, data cleansing, and systems implementation/maintenance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong organizational and diary management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. You'll also require an eagle eye for detail, a passion for 'getting it right,' and excellent interpersonal relationships skills.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience working in a People Coordinator or Administrator role within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment;
  • Strong initiative with excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate and aggregate data;
  • Experience recruiting within a high-volume environment highly regarded;
  • Experience using a HRIS (or equivalent).
