About Our Mission

We work with mental health, complex needs, and challenging behaviors, providing personalized support that helps our participants achieve independence and self-responsibility.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an individual who embodies calm confidence, resilience, and compassion. If you have experience working with high-risk populations, such as ASD level 2 or 3, youth/residential care, or mental health, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide supportive services in the community and at home

- Develop and implement effective strategies to manage challenging behaviors

- Mentor and empower participants to take ownership of their lives

- Collaborate with mental health professionals to provide comprehensive support
