About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Disability Employment Services Consultant.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting job seekers to transform their lives. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and securing employment opportunities for participants with local employers.

You will also support participants to identify skills required to become job ready, deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements, enhance employability through training and support service referrals, develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways, and build positive relationships with local employers and community groups.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability, injury and/or barriers to employment.

The ideal candidate will be driven, solution-focused and possess excellent communication skills. They will also demonstrate empathy and compassion towards those with disability, injury and/or barriers to employment.

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willing to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
