Disability Support Professional

We are seeking highly experienced support professionals to provide high-quality care to individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience in disability and community support, as well as knowledge in managing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To empower participants with disabilities and their families to live quality lifestyles and participate in meaningful activities.
  • Assist with personal care, including hygiene and grooming, mealtime assistance, and medication administration.
  • Facilitate access to and participation in community activities.
  • Assist with household tasks, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Promote the dignity and privacy of participants at all times.
  • Arrange transportation to and from activities.
  • Encourage positive behavior and effectively respond to challenging situations.
