Job Overview

Athena Home Loans is revolutionizing the industry by providing innovative home loan solutions.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with brokers in NSW, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar BDM role, excellent communication skills, and a focus on continuous development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Drive application results across LMG + Mortgage Choice products.
  • Broker Relationships: Build and maintain outstanding relationships with brokers, proactively managing a pipeline of broker scenarios and submitted applications.
  • New Broker Acquisition: Seek out new broker relationships, nurture them until they become vocal advocates for Athena.
  • Broker Onboarding: Run interactive onboarding sessions to provide in-depth knowledge of Athena's products and processes.
  • Internal Decision Making: Contribute to discussions about opportunities and ways to improve.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar BDM role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Focused on sales and conversion.
  • Self-motivated and focused on continuous development.
