Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide guidance and leadership to our clinical team
  • To ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-focused services
  • To drive billable hours and meet customer needs
  • To mentor and develop clinical employees
Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA registration as a registered clinician, Registered Nurse (Division 1), or Allied Health professional (Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist) with a proven clinical knowledge base
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a remote workforce
  • Strong experience as a Registered Nurse/Allied Health professional
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong internal relationships including working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance on complex care, clinical hazards, escalations or incidents
  • A strong customer experience focus gained through working in a similar or comparable industry
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders - GP, ACAT, Outsourced services and other health professionals
  • High attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions
  • Advanced computer skills including word, excel, power point, database management
  • Understanding of auditing and legislation requirements and ability to interpret accordingly
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
