Key Responsibilities:- To provide guidance and leadership to our clinical team
- To ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-focused services
- To drive billable hours and meet customer needs
- To mentor and develop clinical employees
- A current AHPRA registration as a registered clinician, Registered Nurse (Division 1), or Allied Health professional (Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist) with a proven clinical knowledge base
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a remote workforce
- Strong experience as a Registered Nurse/Allied Health professional
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong internal relationships including working within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to provide advice and guidance on complex care, clinical hazards, escalations or incidents
- A strong customer experience focus gained through working in a similar or comparable industry
- Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders - GP, ACAT, Outsourced services and other health professionals
- High attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions
- Advanced computer skills including word, excel, power point, database management
- Understanding of auditing and legislation requirements and ability to interpret accordingly
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
