Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team of over 300 Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners.
As a Clinical Specialist, you will work with clients aged 0-65 who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours
- Develop and implement PBS plans to increase skills and enhance independence
- Collaborate with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve optimal outcomes
- Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, or related fields
- NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses (desirable)
- A flexible hybrid model allowing you to work from home, office, or community settings
