Customer Service Representative

Vinpac International is a leading provider of contract bottling services to the Australian wine industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist and prepare production orders, including accurate detailing of customer product details and company operating requirements.
- React to tight timeframes and business priorities.
- Maintain and record accurate customer records, customer communication data, and files.
- Answer customer enquiries and phone calls in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring regular contact with customers is maintained.
- Educate customers on Vinpac International processes, procedures, and standards.
- Provide sales, service, and product information to all customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure customer approval is obtained for each production order prior to issue of production orders to production.
- Monitor customer supplied dry good delivery dates to ensure timely delivery of these goods in accordance with agreed procedures to meet packaging schedules.
- Promote the Vinpac Website to all customers and train all customers in the utilisation of Vinpac International's customer portal.
- Promote safety values and implement safety, health, and environmental policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of working.
- Prior experience in an administrative/data entry position.
- A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and at times face-to-face, with a positive, friendly attitude to all stakeholders.
- Existing experience within a similar customer service role is desirable.
- Prior experience in the packaging or wine industry is desirable.
- A high attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- A self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- You'll have a 'can-do' attitude with the ability to develop and maintain positive and professional relationships both internally and externally at all levels.
- An adaptable nature, to adopt new procedures which enhance the effective delivery of customer service.
- Adapt to customer demands, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Good organisational and time management skills, including the ability to keep accurate records.
- Make suggested improvements in processes and procedures that benefit Vinpac International and the customer.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
