We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our national People & Performance team. This role will play a crucial part in shaping and executing the people strategy and objectives for a dedicated portfolio.

The successful candidate will provide trusted advice and guidance on HR-related issues, building effective relationships with service line leaders within their portfolio. They will also manage employee relations matters, develop and communicate HR policy and procedure changes, and lead projects to drive engagement and retention efforts within the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated hands-on experience as a HR Manager, a track record within large-scale organisations, and relevant tertiary qualifications in HR. You will also possess sound generalist HR operational experience, including management of complex ER issues, project management skills, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Our national People & Performance team is focused on supporting the business to create a seamless people experience across the operational employee lifecycle. We partner with business leaders and people managers to elevate employee experience through employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
