Job Summary
A challenging leadership role has become available at Aon Corporation in Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Construction Portfolio Leader to drive our Construction and Infrastructure portfolio in Australia.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for the construction sector across Australia. This strategic leader will identify new business opportunities, provide thought leadership on emerging construction trends and risks, and lead initiatives to expand Aon's market share in the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the construction sector across Australia
- Identify new business opportunities and provide thought leadership on emerging construction trends and risks
- Lead initiatives to expand Aon's market share in the construction industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key construction clients
- Provide high-level consultancy and advisory services to ensure clients receive tailored risk management and insurance broking solutions

Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a significant portion focused on the construction sector
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of construction risk, insurance products, and market trends in the Pacific region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Critical thinking and business development attitude

What We Offer
A competitive salary of AU$180,000 - AU$220,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, including two Global Wellbeing Days each year. Aon values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive work environment.
