Hotel Guest Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Hotel Guest Service Representative to join our team at Avani. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and provide top-notch customer service to ensure a memorable stay for our guests.

About the Role:
  • Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Maintaining clear and courteous communication with guests throughout their stay, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience.
  • Efficiently managing reservations and coordinating booking requests.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  2. Provide attentive assistance and support to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  3. Manage room assignments and key cards, maintaining accurate records of guest stays.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate, with a starting rate of $25.80 per hour (Monday to Friday), $32.25 per hour on Saturdays and $38.70 per hour on Sundays.
