Business Development Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity in the fintech space? This Business Development Manager role at a rapidly growing SaaS vendor offers a chance to take ownership of the full sales cycle and drive pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a sales environment, with strong communication and negotiation skills. They should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a self-starter mindset and a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunt for new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Own the full sales cycle process, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers.
  • Field and in-office sales - meeting prospects in person, attending industry events, and driving pipeline growth.
  • Work towards targets/KPIs, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SDR/BDR roles in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a sales environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
