The Opportunity

Take your previous tech experience and join forces with a company that will invest into your development and ensure your professional growth as an IT sales specialist.

Fully established, with a strong reputation in the Australian tech marketplace, this Managed Service Provider has seen consistent growth over the past 15 years, and has a structured progression plan that has them on track to more than quadrupling their revenue over the next 10 years.

Priding themselves on superior business solutions, they help small to medium enterprises with IT solutions such as digital workspaces, cloud and infrastructure, security and compliance and business continuity.

With a big future of growth they are now expanding their team to meet the demand of their market and in turn providing an opportunity for a Customer Success Representative to get on board and be a part of their growth.

The Role

From week one you will be given a clear progression plan that will show you where you can take your career and exactly what you need to get there.

You'll also be aligned with a Mentor who has 20 years of successful industry experience and is passionate about helping you become one of the best in the industry while meeting your own needs and values.

You'll be onboarded through the role of Sales Support where you'll answer inbound customer enquiries as well as make outbound calls, provide quotations for the customers IT solutions and aid in the generation of new business.

Within 6 months you will be awarded the responsibilities of managing client accounts with the opportunity to earn bonuses for retention and expansion.

We're looking for someone with:

- Minimum 2 years experience in IT Services
- Strong knowledge of the IT Industry and key hardware vendors
- Sales experience is a must
- Ability to be trained and mentored
- Desire for career growth and development
