Sales Growth Opportunities

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with non-profit and education institutions. Your primary goal will be to build and drive revenue within your allocated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business opportunities through prospecting and cold-calling as well as up-selling into existing accounts
  • Drive brand awareness, campaigns and lead generation in assigned territory, building a point of view to help customers
  • Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
  • Meet and exceed growth expectations of the territory
  • Build and develop a strategic business plan
  • Operational excellence across forecasting and account planning

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience (preferably Software or Business Applications)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills
  • Successful history of net new business and existing business upsell
  • Track record of achievement against targets and metrics
  • Credibility internally and with customers
  • Validated sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • A knowledge of or passion to partner with Nonprofits or Education institutions
