Position Overview:
  • Management of diary and email correspondence
  • Client services and buyer engagement
  • Fostering relationships with clients
  • Preparation and execution of open homes
  • Supporting the sales team with campaign coordination
  • Organizing and participating in photo shoots, floor plans, marketing materials, and agent branding
  • Handling redirected phone inquiries
  • Providing service to clients from listing through to property launch
  • Assisting with sales and settlement processes
  • Preparing auction documentation and open home materials
Ideal Candidate:
  • Possession of a Current Certificate of Registration
  • Capability to manage a substantial workload – overseeing approximately 10+ listings monthly
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
